To be eligible for a return
Your item must be undamaged and in the original state, that is the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase with a date.
A photo is always helpful
Stix reserves the right to refuse returns for damaged products and may charge an admin fee, including the initial postage cost for the return process, or for the replacement of damaged parts, including packaging and casings.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com with your reason for return, or fill out the returns request form. We will then schedule a quick call with our founders to discuss your reason for return (It's really helpful for us to know why you want to return it!).
Make sure you place the item securely in its original packaging. We will the give you details for the returns address.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
To get a full refund for your item, the item must be returned in the same condition and amount as when it was received. The single item must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging is a significant part of the product set.
To use your right to return your item, you must therefore return the item in its original packaging. You may of course unpack the item to examine it but be careful with the original packaging when you unpack it.
